Terms & Condition

1. The Promotion is open to SELECTED HOIANA Premier Rewards Card Members (Any foreigner or Vietnamese overseas citizen who has a foreign passport issued by a foreign authority and a valid laissez-passer and lawfully enters Vietnam).
2. This promotion is not applicable to Essential AND Club members. 
3. Employees of HOIANA, advertising agencies of HOIANA, and any other party directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
4. Prizes are awarded based on a member’s ADT level. Please visit the Hoiana Premium Rewards counter for more information.
5. Birthday Set Meal will expire after 14 days from the issuance date.
6. To activate and utilize the Birthday Set Meal, Eligible members must approach Lucky Court restaurant and provide their Membership Card to F&B Cashier. 
7. To book AccommodationRewards, Eligible members must contact Centralized Reservation’s hotline: 0235 858 8888.
8. For HPR Members with Birthday in October 2024, Accommodation Rewards is only valid in within the target period. Last day to utilize the Accommodation Rewards is 30th November 2024.
   
9. For HPR Members with Birthday in November 2024, Accommodation Rewards is only valid in within the target period. Last day to utilize the Accommodation Rewards is 31st December 2024
   
10. Any unredeemed reward(s) after the stated period will be forfeited and the member shall have no further right to claim it thereafter.
11. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-cashable. HOIANA reserves the right to substitute the rewards for other rewards of similar value.
12. The rewards required for booking the Hotel will be on a first-come first-serve basis and based on subject availability.
13. HOIANA reserves the right to substitute the reward(s) for other reward (s) of similar value.
14. Members shall examine the reward(s) at the point of issuance. Thereafter, HOIANA shall not be liable for any subsequent claims of defective reward(s) and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen reward(s).
15. Any unredeemed reward(s) after the stated period will be forfeited and the member shall have no further right to claim it thereafter.
16. HOIANA shall have the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion, and/or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of HOIANA.
17. By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, and conditions that HOIANA may issue from time to time. 
18. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail Only SELECTED HOIANA Premier Rewards Card Members are eligible to participate in the promotion.
