- Accommodation entitlements are only valid within the targeted period. Last day to utilize Hoiana Hotel’s entitlements is 30th June 2025.
- The utilization of Promotion Chips and Slot Bonus Credits is 30 days from the issued day.
- Any upgrade requests to higher room categories are subject to room availability and require approval from Hoiana management

Terms & Conditions
- The Promotion is open to selected Hoiana Premier Rewards Card Members (Any foreigner or Vietnamese overseas citizen who holds a foreign passport issued by a foreign authority and a valid laissez-passer and lawfully enters Vietnam).
- Employees of Hoiana, advertising agencies of Hoiana, and any other party directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- To book Accommodation Rewards, eligible members must contact the Centralized Reservation hotline at: 0235 858 8888. (Blackout date: 1st May 2025 to 03rd May 2025). Last day to utilize Hoiana Hotel’s entitlements is 30th June 2025. Any unredeemed reward(s) after the stated period will be forfeited and the member shall have no further right to claim it thereafter.

- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-cashable. Hoiana reserves the right to substitute the rewards with other rewards of similar value.
- The rewards required for booking the hotel will be on a first-come, first-serve basis and subject to availability.
- Hoiana reserves the right to substitute the reward(s) with other reward(s) of similar value.
- Members shall examine the reward(s) at the point of issuance. Thereafter, Hoiana shall not be liable for any subsequent claims of defective reward(s), and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen reward(s).
- Any unredeemed reward(s) after the stated period will be forfeited, and the member shall have no further right to claim it thereafter.
- Hoiana reserves the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion, and/or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of Hoiana.
- By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, and conditions that Hoiana may issue from time to time.
- In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
