Available to members who meet the required Status Points.
Valid for one-time redemption:
- Voyager – 7,800 Points
- Envoy – 21,800 Points
3. Casino Dining Privilege
Eligible members are entitled to daily dining access for use exclusively within the casino.
- Voyager: One (1) meal per day
- Envoy: Two (2) meals per day
Unused entitlements cannot be carried over to the following day.
4. Limousine Privilege
Limousine transport is provided on a monthly basis for eligible members:
- Voyager: 8 trips per month
- Envoy: 16 trips per month
Entitlements are non-transferable and cannot be accumulated or carried over.
5. Earning Points at Stay, Dine & Shop
Rewards Points are issued based on full payments made by cash or credit card at Hoiana-operated outlets.
Transactions settled partially with Rewards Points, resort vouchers, or external promotions are not eligible.
6. Room Upgrades
Room upgrades based on availability and member tier
Limited to one room reservation per eligible member.
7. Member Stay Benefit
Accommodation entitlements are allocated on a monthly basis to qualifying members:
- Voyager: One (1) night per calendar month at New World Hoiana Hotel – Superior Room
- Envoy: Two (2) nights per calendar month at Hoiana Hotel & Suites – Superior Suite
Important Notes:
The member must be the registered staying guest for the reservation.
Allocated nights are non-cumulative and expire at the end of each calendar month.
Members elevated by exception or administrative mapping are not eligible for this entitlement unless the required Status Points have been met.
8. Minibar Privilege
Available to Envoy members with a valid room reservation under their name during their stay. Applicable to the member’s room only.
Applicable at:
- Hoiana Hotel & Suites
- New World Hoiana Beach Resort
Minibar is restocked daily with fixed contents. Additional items are chargeable.
9. Concierge Service
Available exclusively for Envoy members upon request and subject to availability.
10. Earn Points at Golf
Rewards Points are issued on full payments made by cash or credit card at Hoiana-operated golf facilities only.
Transactions settled partially with Rewards Points, resort vouchers, or external promotions are not eligible.
11. Golf Privilege
Entitles eligible members to special green fee arrangements at Hoiana Shores Golf Club. Rates and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
12. Golf Clinic Privilege
Eligible Envoy members may access a golf clinic session on a monthly basis.
Subject to availability. Advance booking is required.
13. Earn Points at Participating Hoiana Rewards Outlets
Members earn 10% of the paid amount in points at participating Hoiana Rewards partner outlets.
Full payment must be made by cash or credit card.
Important Notes:
Partial payments using points or resort vouchers will not earn points.
Points are calculated on the net paid amount, excluding taxes and service charges.
Refer to the official partner list for eligible outlets.
14. Exclusive Privileges
Available to members who have earned the required Status Points in the past 12 months.
A valid room reservation under the member's name is required to access privileges.
All entitlements are subject to availability and non-transferable
15. Signature Spa Experience
Location: Down Time Renew
- Explorer – 45 minutes
- Voyager – 60 minutes
- Envoy – 90 minutes
Menu: Renew Signature Meridian Ritual
Redemption Limit: One (1) guest per month
