Mechanics
- The phone number provided during the enrollment process is not eligible for the rewards.
- HPR members who update their contact information (phone number) at Hoiana Premier Rewards counter will receive the F&B voucher worth 75,000 VND after Rewards Club’s member has successfully verified OTP via SMS to the provided phone number.
- The reward will expire after 14 days from the issued date.
- The reward will be issued one time per pax during promotion period.

Terms & Conditions
- All members are eligible to participate in the promotion (Any foreigner or Vietnamese overseas citizen who has a foreign passport issued by a foreign authority and a valid laissez-passer and lawfully enters Vietnam).
- Employees of Hoiana, Hoiana’s advertising agencies, and any other party directly engaged in the Promotion’s organization, promotion, or execution are not eligible to participate.
- This reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Hoiana reserves the right to replace the prize(s) with something else.
- Members shall examine the reward(s) at the point of issuance. Thereafter, Hoiana shall not be held liable for any subsequent claims of defective reward(s) and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen reward(s).
- Any unredeemed reward(s) after the stated period will be forfeited and the member shall have no further rights to claim it thereafter.
- Hoiana shall have the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion and/ or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of Hoiana.
- By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, and conditions that Hoiana may issue from time to time.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
