1. Hoiana Guests who fulfill the following will be eligible for online scratch ticket and win prize(s).

Step 2: Provide full information before playing: Full name, Phone number and Email address.

2. Mechanics:

• Any members who are barred under the Government Barring List and HOIANA Barring List, advertising agencies of Hoiana, and any other party directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Program.
• The Online Scratch and Win will be held from 01st February 2024 – 15th February 2024 at the link: https://appsmav.com/scratch-and-win-platinum.php
• Customers or potential customers of Hoiana who follow full steps mentioned above within the qualifying period will get a chance to get Scratch ticket.
• Each participant is required to leave information such as Name, phone, email.
• The winner needs to provide the address to receive physical voucher no later than 10 days when they receive the winning confirmation email.
• The expiry date of voucher(s) will be stated on voucher.
• The prizes entitlement (s) cannot be traded for cash or exchanged for other items.
• The prizes / entitlements cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.       

3. Prizes Structures:

1. The Promotion is open to all Hoiana Customers & potential customers.
2. Any party directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
3. Each participant is required to provide information.
4. Hoiana reserves the right to substitute the reward(s) for other reward(s) of similar value.
5. Members shall examine the voucher/ prize(s) at the point of issuance. Thereafter, Hoiana shall not be held liable for any subsequent claims of defective voucher/ prize(s) and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen voucher/ prize(s).
6. Any unredeemed voucher/ prize(s) after the stated period will be forfeited and the guests shall have no further rights to claim it thereafter.
7. Hoiana shall have the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion and / or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of Hoiana.
8. By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that Hoiana may issue from time to time.
9. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
10. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
