- To participate in the Tournament, Walk-in Patrons must earn 4.000 points from Table Games between 20.11.2024 and 19.12.2024.
- Room offers: 1-NIGHT STAY (20.12.2024 or 21.12.2024) at New World Hoiana Hotel or Hoiana Residences (Included breakfast)
Registration
- On the day of Tournament, registration shall begin up to 2 hours prior to the commencement of the first session of play. Any decision to allow late registration shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of Hoiana.
- The following rules shall apply to registration
- All enrolled Participants shall register for the Tournament by producing their membership card and valid identification document if required.
- Any failure to register on time may result in disqualification.
- Each Participant will be provided with a registration card indicating their Tournament session. A unique registration code will be provided for use in the allocated Tournament session.
- Hoiana shall have the sole and absolute discretion to reallocate the number of Participants at each Tournament stage at the start of each session of play.

All registered participants are to report to the Tournament area at least 15 minutes before their Tournament session commences. Any decision to allow late registration shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of Hoiana.

- The winner rankings will be based on the Tournament Winning Credits of the Finalists.
- All prizes mentioned above shall be given in the form of Promotional Chips to winners.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Hoiana reserves the right to substitute the prizes for other prizes of similar value.
- The Prizes are to be automatically issued to Participant’s Hoiana Premier Rewards Membership Card at the conclusion of the Tournament.
Terms & Conditions
- The Tournament is open to selected Hoiana Premier Rewards members holding foreign passports (the “Participants”)
- On the day of the Tournament, member(s) must register their participation at the venue of the Tournament area (in front of Mot-Hai-Bar at Ground Floor, Hoiana Casino).
- Registration shall begin up to 02 hours prior to the commencement of the first session of play. Any decision to allow late registration shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of Hoiana.
- It is a Participant’s responsibility to bring any dispute to the attention of the Gaming Officials immediately and prior to leaving the Tournament area. Any dispute arising from or in relation to the interpretation of any of these terms and conditions, or the conduct of the Tournament shall be referred to the Gaming Officials, whose decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No appeals of any kind shall be entertained.

- Hoiana reserves all rights to cancel, modify or vary any element of the Tournament including these terms and conditions without prior notice or liability to any party. All Participants shall be deemed to have been notified once any amendments to these terms and conditions are posted at the designated Tournament area.
- In the event of any inconsistencies between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Tournament; the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
