CHAM, our newly opened café, invites you to savour the International and local coffee flavors.
Located on the Ground Floor, overlooking the inviting gardens and the East Vietnam sea, CHAM is the perfect spot for gatherings with your friends and families. You can dine out on the al fresco terrace. Our menu features an array of specialty coffees, from mild to strong, international to Vietnamese local brews.

Using internationally and locally-sourced ingredients, our chefs revisit the classic Western flavors.
Savour our signatures such as the CHAM’s SLIDER, using the classic Western technique and infused with the 4 different meat of beef, chicken, pork and seafood, and many more.
You’ll also discover diverse sea-based dishes such as OCEANUS PIZZA with seafood, tuna flakes and seaweed or Banh Mi Xom, traditional recipe mixed with Cu Lao Cham fish cake, made with a secret homemade sauce.
