Preliminaries
- Participants joining the tournament will play with a Sit & Go format during the tournament period. Seats are on a first come, first served basis.
- Each session will have a playing time of 3 minutes.
- The top 11 participants from the Preliminary Stage of each day will advance to the Semi-Finals.
Wild Card Draw
- Wild Card Draw will commence at 6:30 PM on September 13, 2025, and the drawn players will advance into the Semi-Finals.
- The Wild Card Draw is only for participants who joined the Preliminaries but did not advance to Semi-Finals.
- Actual players who advance to the Semi-Finals will not be a part of the draw.
- Wild Card Draw tickets will be auto issued for all actual Preliminary participants.
- The organizer will select a participant at random from the lucky barrel, and the chosen participant will be eligible to compete in the Semi-Finals.
- During the Wild Card Draw, participants must be present when their name is called out.
- Any Wild Card Draw results will be individually redrawn if the drawn participant is unable to acknowledge the Wild Card Draw results after their name and patrond ID is announced 3 times at Mot Hai Bar stage.
Semi-Finals
- The Semi-Finals stage consists of 5 sessions, with 3 minutes of playing time per session. The top 10 leaderboard Semi-Finalists will advance to Finals.
Finals
- The Finals stage includes 2 sessions, each with a 3-minute playing time.

Mechanics
- All members are required to approach the Registration Counter to register their participation in the Tournament.
- The allocation on tournament seats and timings are random and based on a first come, first-served basis.
- The length of playing time per session is 3 minutes.
- Any participant who fails to play the Slots machine continuously and pauses or stops for more than 3 seconds during the playing time may be disqualified from the Tournament.
- At the end of each Tournament session, the participants will not be able to play on the Slots machines. Participants whose machines are in ‘free spin’ mode will be allowed to continue until the ‘’free spin’ mode ends.
- At the end of each Tournament session, all Participants may refer to the display screen for their results recorded on the Slots machine. All Participants’ final scores will be credited and printed on the Tournament Credits Tickets at the end of Tournament session.
- The amount shown on the Tournament Credits Tickets after the winning amount has been credited shall be equivalent to the Participant’s Tournament winning credits (Tournament Winnings Credits) for the Tournament session.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The Tournament is open to Hoiana Premier Rewards Card members (Any foreigner or Vietnamese overseas citizen who has a foreign passport issued by a foreign authority and a valid laissez-passer and lawfully enters Vietnam).
- Employees of Hoiana, advertising agencies of Hoiana and any other party directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Tournament are not eligible to participate in the Tournament.
- The number of qualifying Participants shall be determined by Hoiana at its sole and absolute discretion. HOIANA’s approval for entry shall be on a first come first served basis, and no appeal or correspondence on any decision of Hoiana relating to the invitation or qualification of Participants will be entertained.
- Hoiana reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice or liability to any party and/or to allow selected Hoiana members to advance directly to any stage of the event.
- On the day of the event, the Registration Counter shall be opened 2 hours prior to commencement of the first session. Any decision to allow late registration shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of Hoiana.
- HOIANA reserves all rights to cancel, modify or vary any element of the Tournament including these terms and conditions without prior notice or liability to any party. All participants shall be deemed to have been notified once any amendments to these terms and conditions are posted at the designated Tournament promotion venue.
- Hoiana reserves the right to substitute the reward(s) for other reward(s) of similar value.
- Members shall examine the reward(s) at the point of issuance. Thereafter, Hoiana shall not be held liable for any subsequent claims of defective reward(s) and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen reward(s).
- Hoiana shall have the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion and / or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of Hoiana.
- By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, and conditions that Hoiana may issue from time to time.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collateral relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
FAQs
1. How can I join the tournament?
To join the tournament, you must first earn points to qualify. For every 3,000 points earned between August 12 and September 11, 2025, you’ll receive one tournament entry – up to a maximum of 4 entries across both Preliminary Days. Once you’ve qualified, just register at the designated counter, which opens 2 hours before the tournament begins. After registering, you’ll receive a card to participate in the tournament.
2. What happens after each tournament session ends?
Once the session ends, participants must stop playing immediately. However, if the machine enters a ‘free spin’ mode near the end of the session, players may continue until the free spins are completed.
3. How do I check my tournament score?
At the end of each tournament session, your results will be displayed on the screen of the slot machine. Your final score will also be printed on the Tournament Credit Ticket, which serves as your official score record for the session and is used to determine rankings and progression.
4. What are the requirements to move on to the next round?
You can advance to the Semi-Finals by ranking among the top 11 scorers in any Preliminary Stage, being selected through the Wild Card Draw. From there, the top 10 players from Semi-Finals round will qualify for the Final Round.
5. What is the Wild Card Draw?
The Wild Card Draw gives Preliminary participants who didn’t qualify another chance to reach the Semi-Finals. A few lucky players will be randomly selected from a draw barrel. To secure their spot, selected participants must be present during the draw if their names are chosen.
6. How do I redeem my prize?
There’s no need for manual redemption. Prizes will be automatically credited to your membership card after the prize presentation and the tournament ends.

Advancement to the Semi-Finals and Finals of the Tournament will be based on the Tournament structure and advancement rules described above. Each Participant may only participate in up to a maximum of ONE (1) session in all Stages of the Tournament. For the avoidance of doubt, if the participant is awarded more than ONE (1) session for any Stage of the Tournament, his/her subsequent session(s) will be forfeited.
Tournament Rules and Regulations
A.Rules of Play
- The Baccarat Game Rules (“Game Rules”) and terms and conditions shall apply to the Tournament. For avoidance of doubt, the payout odds will follow the Baccarat Game Rules. Participants are deemed to have understood and agreed to abide by the Terms and Conditions and the Game Rules by their participation in the Tournament. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and the Game Rules, the latter sets of rules shall prevail.
- All Participants must report to their assigned table not less than 15 minutes before the start of each session. Each Participant shall present his session card when he arrives at his assigned table for verification by the persons appointed by the Hoiana (“Gaming Officials”). Any Participant who fails to turn up at the start of the specified play time shall be disqualified.
- Preliminaries, Semi-Finals and Finals Stage will consist of Thirteen (13) games during each session which include three (3) rounds of pre-session games (“Free Games”) dealt by Gaming Officials where participants are excluded from betting. Each tournament session is estimated to take between 30 minutes to 45 minutes.
- The betting order of the Participants at each table shall be determined in the following manner:
- The Gaming Officials shall furnish several cards corresponding with the number of Participants at each table;
- The Gaming Officials shall draw a card from the stack of cards that represents the seat numbers and the game will commence from the Participant who drew the lowest number. A rotation marker will be used to indicate the betting order, and the opening bet shall start from seat number 1.
- Each Participant will place their bet in turn, in a timely manner, as determined by the dealer or table games supervisor. Once a bet has been confirmed and placed in the betting area, it is deemed final and must not be altered or removed.
- Tournament participants must play every hand (except the 3 Free Games). If a participant has to leave the table temporarily during the tournament, the table’s minimum amount of tournament chips will be deducted for each hand that the participant has missed.
- At all times during an ongoing session, Participants are not permitted to communicate with each other or any third party in any manner and spectators are to maintain silence.
- Use of digital devices is prohibited during the tournament and any perceived advantage granted via the use of digital devices, determined solely by the Gaming Officials, may result in the disqualification of the offending participant(s).

- At all times during an ongoing session, Participants shall place their chips in front of them in full view, and separated by denominations during the assigned session of play. Chips shall not be passed, exchanged, or loaned between Participants or any third party at any time during the Tournament.
- Chip Count will be conducted after the last game of each session.
C.Secret Bets
- Every Participant shall be required to place a hidden bet (“Secret Bet”) via a Secret Bet card during the last game of Preliminaries, Semi-Finals, and Finals Stages.
- For each Secret Bet:
- A Participant may not wager more than the aggregate balance of his/her chips.
- All bets must follow the table minimum betting limit. The maximum bet limit shall not apply only to Player and Banker bets.
- A participant must write the amount on the official Secret Bet form or choose to tick the “All-In” option;
- The Secret Bet amount(s) wagered must be clearly written in numeric figures;
- If any of the bets that are written illegibly or outside the allocated box or placed on both “Player” and “Banker”, the Gaming Officials will, at their sole-discretion, decide the actual box wagered by the Participant. The wager amount in cases where the amounts were written illegibly or omitted, shall always be taken to the minimum bet limit amount;
- If the Participant’s chips in hand are insufficient to meet the total value of the Secret Bet, priority shall be given to the “Player” or “Banker” wager. Thereafter, any balance chips will be applied fully, in sequence, from the “Tie” wager followed by the “Player Pair” wager and then the “Banker Pair” wager and then followed by the “Lucky Six” wager respectively.
- After all Participants have submitted their Secret Bet (as the case may be), the Gaming Officials shall disclose each Secret Bet individually and announce the wagered amounts to all participants at the table.
- The amount of the Participant’s balance chips at the end of the last game shall be used to determine the participants’ scores (“Tournament Score”) for the Tournament session.
- All Participants will be required to acknowledge and confirm their Tournament Score on a Tournament results form at the end of each Tournament session.

Wild Card Draw
- Participants who did not qualify for the Semi-Finals, from the Preliminaries Stage, will be eligible to join the Wild Card Draw on the second day for a chance to advance to the Semi-Finals Stage.
- Eligible participants are required to register for the Wild Card Draw at the registration counter between 2:00 PM – 3:45 PM on 18.05.2024.
- Wild Card Draw will commence at 4:00 PM (45 minutes before the Semi-Finals stage) at Mot Hai Bar stage.
- Participants must be present to acknowledge that they were drawn in the Wild Card Draw.
- The Participants’ particulars (i.e. Member ID and Name) will be announced 03 times after each Wild Card is drawn.
- Any Wild Card Draw results will be individually redrawn immediately if the drawn participant was unable to acknowledge the Wild Card Draw results at Mot Hai Bar stage.
- Hoiana reserves all rights to cancel, modify or vary any element of the Wild Card Draw without prior notice or liability to any party.
Tie Breakers
- For Preliminaries, if Participants who advance to the next stage cannot be determined due to two (2) or more Participants having the same amount of chips (“Tied Participants”), each of the Tied Participants shall draw a single card from a set of cards, numbered 1 to 10, furnished by the Hoiana. The Participant who draws a card with the highest face value (with 10 being the highest and 1 being the lowest) shall win.
- For Semi-Finals, if Finalists cannot be determined due to two (2) or more Participants having the same amount of chips (“Tied Participants”), each of the Tied Participants shall draw a single card from a set of cards, numbered 1 to 10, furnished by Hoiana. The Participant who draws a card with the highest face value (with 10 being the highest and 1 being the lowest) shall win.
- For Finals, if the prizes cannot be determined due to two (2) or more Participants having the same amount of chips (“Tied Participants”), each of the Tied Participants shall draw a single card from a set of cards, numbered 1 to 10, furnished by Hoiana. The Participant who draws a card with the highest face value (with 10 being the highest and 1 being the lowest) shall win.
General Terms and Conditions
- It is a Participant’s responsibility to bring any dispute to the attention of the Gaming Officials immediately, before leaving the tournament table. Any dispute arising from or about the terms and conditions, or the conduct of the Tournament shall be referred to the Gaming Official, whose decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No appeals of any kind shall be entertained.
