CRITERIA
- All HPR members (except Essential members).
- Member is required to slot in their Membership card in Slot Machine and/or present their Membership card at Table Games to earn points upon gaming.
MECHANICS
Points must be earned within the Earning Period as shown below:

Eligible Members will receive 1 lucky draw ticket with every 600 Points earned during the Earning Period, maximum 24 tickets per Earning Period.
Eligible Members proceed to the Premier Rewards Counter and provide membership cards for verification and lucky draw issuance.
Upon receiving the lucky draw ticket, patron must place the Ticket in the Lucky Draw Box to join the Lucky Draw.
On the draw date, the winner’s ticket will be drawn randomly from the Lucky Draw Box.
The drawn member can approach the Mot Hai Bar Stage with Hoiana Premier Rewards Membership card and draw a lucky prize from the Prize Box. If the drawn member is not presented, Hoiana will randomly draw the lucky prize.
Hoiana will issue the winning prizes to patron’s membership card at the conclusion of the lucky draw.

All Prizes will be given in the form of USD Promotion Chips or Slot Bonus Credits. Eligible members must select 1 type of rewards to redeem (USD Promotion Chips OR Slot Bonus Credits).
Eligible Members can win multiple lucky prizes.
The utilize of USD Promotion chips and Slot Bonus Credits are 30 days from the issued day. The utilize of F&B credits is 14 days from the issued day.
Any unredeemed reward(s) after the reward(s) redemption deadline will be forfeited and the member shall have no further rights to claim it thereafter.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- This Promotion is applicable for Table Games / Slot machines in Mass Area.
- The Promotion is open to HOIANA Premier Rewards Card members (Any foreigner or Vietnamese overseas citizen who has a foreign passport issued by a foreign authority and a valid laissez-passer and lawfully enters Vietnam).
- Employees of HOIANA, advertising agencies of HOIANA and any other party directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- USD Promotion Chips is valid 30 days from the issuance date.
- F&B Credits is valid 14 days from the issuance date.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Members shall be held fully responsible for the safekeeping of the rewards.
- The number of qualifying Participants shall be determined by HOIANA at its sole and absolute discretion.
- Eligible Participants can redeem maximum 24 lucky draw tickets during an Earning Period.
- HOIANA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice or liability to any party and/or to allow selected HOIANA members to advance directly to any stage of the event.
- HOIANA reserves the right to substitute the reward(s) for other reward(s) of similar value.
- Members shall examine the reward(s) at the point of issuance. Thereafter, HOIANA shall not be held liable for any subsequent claims of defective reward(s) and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen reward(s).
- HOIANA shall have the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion and / or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of HOIANA.
- By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that HOIANA may issue from time to time.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collateral relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
