• Earned premier points and rewards will not be carried over to the following week. Eligible members are required to claim multiple rewards within the same week.
• Each time of redemption, Eligible members can select 1 type of reward to redeem (F&B Credits OR Slot Bonus Credits OR Promotion Chips).
• Eligible members can redeem Multiple Rewards eachTier per week (Maximum 3 times/ tier/ Redemption Period). Eligible members who meet the higher tier point criteria can redeem lower tier rewards based on WEEKLY Total Point Earnminus previous point redeemed in the same redemption Period (not deduct point on system)

For example: Eligible members who have earned 2,000 POINTS can redeem Rewards as 1 Times of 1,500 POINTS Tier and 1 times of 500 POINTS Tier OR 1 time of 1,500 POINTS Tier AND 2 time of 200 POINTS Tier.

• Hoiana Premier Rewards Members proceed to the Premier Rewards Counter/ VIP Services Counter and provide membership cards for verification and reward issuance.
• The utilize of Promotion Chips and Slot Credits are 30 days from the issued day.
• The utilize of F&B Set Menu is 7 days from the issued day.
• The utilize of F&B Credit is 14 days from the issued day.
• To activate and utilize the F&B credits, Eligible Members must approach the selected/designated Casino F&B outlets in Hoiana Resort and Golf (The Garden, Obaltan, Mien, Lucky Court). 
• Accommodation Rewards are offered at the lowest room types of each Hotel (Superior Suite for HHS, Superior Ocean View for NWHBR, Superior for NWH, Studio for HRES); Any upgrade request to higher room types should be subject to room availability and with HOD approval.
• Accommodation Rewards will expire 60 days from the eligible gaming date.
  
• Any unredeemed reward(s) after the reward(s) redemption deadline will be forfeited and the member shall have no further rights to claim it thereafter.
