CRITERIA
All new and existing HPR members who Buy-in HOIANA Premium Direct program, achieve the required minimum turnover of each Program, and provided traveling documents from International OR Domestic flights to Da Nang airport within the promotion period will be entitled to this promotion.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Each HPR member can only redeem the rewards ONCE per month during the promotion period.
- The Airfare Reimbursed Amount will be issued after the program is closed.
- The Airfare Reimbursed Amount will be up to the ticket value and can be used in combination with multiple tickets (i.e: spouse ticket as well).
- Special cases will be subject to approval and a decision made by Hoiana Management.
- Boarding Pass must have the arrival at Da Nang airport (DAD) and flight date between 1st October 2023 – 30th November 2023 (Promotion Period).
- Name on Passport must match Name on Boarding Pass.
- Gaming points will not be accumulated when gaming with the Promotion Chips.
- The Promotion Chips will expire 30 days after the issuance date.
- Employees of Hoiana, advertising agencies of Hoiana, and any other party directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-cashable. Hoiana serves as the right substitute for any subsequent claims of defective rewards of similar value.
- Members shall examine the rewards at the point of issuance. Thereafter, Hoiana shall not be held liable for any subsequent claims of defective rewards and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen reward(s).
- Any unredeemed reward(s) after the stated period will be forfeited and the member shall have no further right to claim it thereafter.
- Hoiana shall have the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion, and/or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of Hoiana.
- By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, and conditions that Hoiana may issue from time to time.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collateral relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
