Eligibility
- The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the Baccarat Tournament (the “Tournament”).
- The Tournament is open to selected Hoiana Premier Rewards members holding foreign passports (the “Participants”).
- To participate in the Tournament and be eligible for a free one-night stay at Hoiana Resort & Golf, participants must earn 4,000 Premier Points between 01.02.2024 and 03.03.2024. Hoiana’s approval for entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and no appeals or correspondence on any decision of Hoiana relating to the invitation or qualification of Participants will be entertained.
- Employees of Hoiana, their immediate family members, advertising agencies of Hoiana, and any other parties directly involved in the organization of the Tournament are not eligible to participate in the Tournament.
- The number of qualifying Participants shall be determined by Hoiana at its sole and absolute discretion. Hoiana’s approval for entry shall be on a first-come, first-served basis, and no appeals or correspondence on any decision of Hoiana relating to the invitation of Participants will be entertained.
- Hoiana reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice or liability to any party and may reserve the right to allow selected Hoiana Premier Rewards members to advance directly to any stage of the Tournaments.
Registration
- On the day of the Tournament, registration shall be open up to 2 hours before the commencement of the first tournament session. Any decision to allow late registration shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of Hoiana:

All registered participants are to report to the tournament area at least 15 minutes before their Tournament session commences. Any decision to allow late registration shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of Hoiana. Session timings are subject to change depending on actual situations during the tournament date.

Advancement to the Semi-Finals and Finals of the Tournament will be based on the Tournament structure and advancement rules described above. Each Participant may only participate in up to a maximum of ONE (1) session in all Stages of the Tournament. For the avoidance of doubt, if the participant is awarded more than ONE (1) session for any Stage of the Tournament, his/her subsequent session(s) will be forfeited.
Prizes Structure
The Top 6 finalist will be entitled to the following prizes except consolation prizes will be given to 2nd and 3rd highest score in Semi-Finals

All prizes mentioned above shall be given in the form of non-negotiable promotional chips (in HKD) to the prize-winners. Hoiana also reserves its right to substitute non-negotiable promotional chips for cash chips or non-negotiable slot credits of equivalent value, at any time, at its sole discretion. All winners will be responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise by Hoiana.
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
This Tournament is open to selected member(s) (Any foreigner or Vietnamese overseas citizen who has a foreign passport issued by a foreign authority and a valid laissez-passer and lawfully enter Vietnam).
- On the day of the Tournament, member(s) must register their participation at the venue of the Tournament area (in front of Mot-Hai-Bar at Ground Floor, Hoiana Casino).
- Registration shall begin up to 02 hours prior to the commencement of the first session of play. Any decision to allow late registration shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of Hoiana.
- It is a Participant’s responsibility to bring any dispute to the attention of the Gaming Officials immediately and prior to leaving the Tournament area. Any dispute arising from or in relation to the interpretation of any of these terms and conditions, or the conduct of the Tournament shall be referred to the Gaming Officials, whose decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No appeals of any kind shall be entertained.

- Hoiana reserves all rights to cancel, modify or vary any element of the Tournament including these terms and conditions without prior notice or liability to any party. All Participants shall be deemed to have been notified once any amendments to these terms and conditions are posted at the designated Tournament area.
- In the event of any inconsistencies between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Tournament; the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
