SPRING SLOT TOURNAMENT

Eligibility
- The Tournament is open to selected Hoiana Premier Rewards members holding foreign passports (the “Participants”).
- To participate in the Tournament and eligible for ONE-NIGHT FREE STAY at Hoiana Resort & Golf, Participants must earn 2,000 Premier Points between 10.04.2024and 11.05.2024 (“Earning Period”). Hoiana’s approval for entry will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
- With every additional 2,000 Premier Points earned during the Earning period, Eligible Participants are allowed for an additional Preliminary entry.
- Eligible Participants can have maximum 02 additional Preliminary entries.
- Hotel stay must be redeemed between 10.05.2024– 11.05.2024.
- Hoiana reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice or liability to any party and may reserve the right to allow selected Hoiana Premium Rewards members to advance directly to any stage of the Tournament.
Registration
- On the day of Tournament, registration shall begin up to 2 hours prior to the commencement of the first session of play. Any decision to allow late registration shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of Hoiana
- The following rules shall apply to registration:
All enrolled Participants shall register for the Tournament by producing their membership card and valid identification document if required.
Any failure to register on time may result in disqualification.
Each Participant will be provided with a registration card indicating their Tournament session.
Hoiana shall have the sole and absolute discretion to reallocate the number of Participants at each Tournament stage at the start of each session of play.
Prize Structure
At the end of the Finals, the Top 10 Participants ranked in accordance with their Tournament Winning Credits in the Finals, will be entitled to the following prizes:

- The winner rankings will be based on the Tournament Winning Credits of the Finalists.
- Participants who did not qualify for the Finals, will be eligible to join the Lucky Draw on 11.05.2024 for a chance to win a Lucky Draw Prize.
- Eligible participants are required to register for the Lucky Draw at the registration counter between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM on 11.05.2024.
- Lucky Draw will commence during the Prize Presentation at Mot Hai Bar stage.
- 6 Lucky Draw Winners will be randomly selected from the lucky draw barrel and will be announced 03 times.
- Participants are not required to present during the Lucky Draw.
- Each Winner can only receive 01 Lucky Draw Prizes.
- Hoiana reserves all rights to cancel, modify or vary any element of the Lucky Draw without prior notice or liability to any party
- All prizes mentioned above shall be given in the form of non-negotiable bonus credits to winners.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Hoiana reserves the right to substitute the prizes for other prizes of similar value.
- The Prizes are to be automatically issued to Participant’s Hoiana Premier Rewards Membership Card at the conclusion of the Tournament.

Tournament Rules and Regulations
Rules of Play
- The Slots Game Rules, where applicable, and the Tournament terms and conditions shall be applied. Participants are deemed to have understood and agreed to abide by the Terms and Conditions and the Slots Game Rules by their participation in the Tournament. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and the Slots Game Rules, the latter sets of rules shall prevail.
- All Participants must be present at the Tournament area no less than 15 minutes prior to the start of each Tournament session. Each Participant shall present their registration card when they arrive at the Tournament area for verification by persons appointed by Hoiana (“Gaming Officials”). Any Participant who fails to turn up at the start of their allocated session shall be disqualified
- The length of playing time per Tournament session (“Playing Time”) is up to Five (5) minutes.
- All Participants will be notified in advance of their scheduled Tournament session, Playing Time, and they may choose their preferred slot machine subject to first-come, first-served basis.
- There shall be a maximum of twenty-four (24) sessions per Preliminary stage, two (2) sessions for Semi-Finals and one (1) session for the Finals.
- At the end of each Tournament session, the Participants will be requested to stop playing on the slot machines. (Participants whose game are in “free spin” mode at that this point in time will be allowed to continue until the “free spin” mode ends.)
- The amount shown on the credit meter after the winning amount has been credited shall be equivalent to the Participant’s Tournament winning credits (“Tournament Winnings Credits”) for the Tournament session.
- At the end of each Tournament session, all Participants may refer to the display screen for their results recorded on the slot machine. All Participants may be required to acknowledge and confirm their final scores on the Tournament results form at the end of each Tournament session.
- Eligible Participants are allowed to re-entry during preliminary stages. The highest Tournament Winning Credits at the end of each Preliminary day will be determined as advancement to Semi-Finals.
- Each Participant may only participate up to a maximum of ONE (1) session in the Semi-Finals. For avoidance of doubt, if the Participant is awarded more than ONE (1) Tournament session for the Semi-Finals, his/her subsequent session(s) will be forfeited.
- In the event of a major technical malfunction during the Tournament, Hoiana reserves the absolute right and discretion to designate another venue as the Tournament area, change the timing of affected Sessions in the Tournament or use another type of machine for play.
- Any incomplete Tournament session will be played at the redesignated Tournament area and/or with new machines.
Tie Breakers
In the event that the Participants qualifying for the Semi-Finals and Finals cannot be determined due to two (2) or more participants having the same Tournament Winning Credits at the end of a Tournament stage, the following tie-breaking mechanisms will be applied in order of priority:
Each such Participant shall draw a single card from a deck of cards furnished by Hoiana. The Participant who draws the card with the highest face value (with Ace being the highest and two being the lowest) shall win. If cards of the same face value are drawn, the card with the highest suit ranking (with Spades being the highest, followed by Hearts, Clubs and Diamonds in descending order) shall win.
General Terms and Conditions
- It is a Participant’s responsibility to bring any dispute to the attention of the Gaming Officials immediately, before leaving the tournament table. Any dispute arising from or about the terms and conditions, or the conduct of the Tournament shall be referred to the Gaming Official, whose decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No appeals of any kind shall be entertained.
- Hoiana reserves all rights to cancel, modify or vary any element of the Tournament including these terms and conditions without prior notice or liability to any party. All participants shall be deemed to have been notified once any amendments to these terms and conditions are posted at the designated Tournament promotion venue.
- In the event of any inconsistencies between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Tournament; the Terms and Conditions shall prevail
- In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the English version and versions of the Terms and Conditions in other languages, the English version shall prevail.
