CRITERIA
- All new and existing HPR members (Except Essential members)
- Member is required to slot in their Membership card in Slot Machine and/or present their Membership card at Table Games to earn points upon gaming.
- Point earns calculated daily between 06:00 hrs to 05:59 hrs of following day.
MECHANICS
- Members must meet the daily point earn requirement to claim Hotel Rewards.
- Eligible members / PIC are required to approach Rewards Club to claim Hotel Rewards.
- Rewards Club will verify daily point earned to issue the Hotel Rewards accordingly.
- Eligible members can redeem up to 3 Rooms per day.
- The rewards will expire 60 days from the eligible gaming date.
- The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Terms & Conditions
- All members are eligible to participate in the promotion (Any foreigner or Vietnamese overseas citizen who has a foreign passport issued by a foreign authority and a valid laissez-passer and lawfully enters Vietnam).
- Employees of Hoiana, Hoiana’s advertising agencies, and any other party directly engaged in the Promotion’s organization, promotion, or execution are not eligible to participate.
- This promotion does not apply to Essential members.
- Gaming points will not be awarded or accumulated when gaming with the reward from this promotion (Bonus Credit/ Promotion chip).
- Eligible members are required to approach Rewards Club to claim Hotel Rewards.
- To book Accomadation Rewards, Eligible members must approach Hoiana Premier Rewards Counter for assistance or contact Centralized Reservation’s hotline: 0235 858 8888.
- The last day to claim the rewards is 1st June 2024. The rewards will expire after 60 days from the eligible gaming date.
- Any unredeemed reward(s) after 60 days will be forfeited and the member shall have no further right to claim it thereafter.
- Eligible members can redeem up to 3 Rooms per day.
- This reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Hoiana reserves the right to replace the prize(s) with something else.
- Members shall examine the reward(s) at the point of issuance. Thereafter, Hoiana shall not be held liable for any subsequent claims of defective reward(s) and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen reward(s).
- Hoiana shall have the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion and/ or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of Hoiana.
- By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, and conditions that Hoiana may issue from time to time.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collateral relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.t
