MECHANICS
Points must be earned within the Earning Period, and rewards must be redeemed within the Redemption Period – as shown below:

Eligible members must select 1 type of rewards to redeem (F&B Credits OR Slot Bonus Credits OR Promotion Chips).
Particularly, Tier 2 can only choose Promotion Chip when members have no redemption in previous Tier and cannot redeem with any items of Tier 1.
Eligible members who meet the higher tier point criteria can redeem lower tier rewards.
Eligible members can redeem EACH Tier ONCE per week.
Hoiana Premier Rewards Members proceed to the Premier Rewards Counter and provide membership cards for verification and reward issuance.
The utilize of promotion chips and Slot Credits are 30 days from the issued day. The utilize of F&B credits is 14 days from the issued day.
Any unredeemed reward(s) after the reward(s) redemption deadline will be forfeited and the member shall have no further rights to claim it thereafter.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All members (excluded e-Essential members) are eligible to participate in the promotion (Any foreigner or Vietnamese overseas citizen who has a foreign passport issued by a foreign authority and a valid laissez-passer and lawfully enters Vietnam).
- Employees of Hoiana, Hoiana’s advertising agencies, and any other party directly engaged in the Promotion’s organization, promotion, or execution are not eligible to participate.
- Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- HOIANA reserves the right to substitute the reward(s) for other reward(s) of similar value.
- Members shall examine the reward(s) at the point of issuance. Thereafter, Hoiana shall not be held liable for any subsequent claims of defective reward(s) and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen reward(s).
- Hoiana shall have the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion and / or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this promotion will be subject to the final decision of Hoiana.
- By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, and conditions that Hoiana may issue from time to time.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
