- All HPR members (except Essential members)
- Members are required to slot in their Membership card in Slot Machine and/or present their Membership card at Table Games to earn points upon gaming.
Points Earning Period: May 19, 2025 to Jun 30, 2025.
Daily Earning Cycle: 06:00AM to 05:59AM the next day.
Rewards Redemptioni Period: May 19, 2025 to July 1, 2025.

MECHANICS
- Members must meet the daily point earn requirement to claim rewards. Daily earning period/cycle is from 6:00am to 5:59am the next day (hereby call “Gaming Date”)
- Upon reaching the Premier point requirement, members must redeem rewards on the same gaming day the points are earned
- Each tier will be redeemed ONCE per day per member.
- Redemption period is only valid on the day of issuance and the following day.
- Earned premier points will be redeemed NO later than 11.59pm the next day.
- Members can redeem All Entitlements ONCE time OR Each Tier ONE-by-ONE.
- Members proceed to the MGS Counter and provide membership cards for verification and reward issuance.
- The utilization of Promotion Chips and Slots Bonus Credits is 30 days from the issued day.
- The utilization of F&B Credits (including Mot Hai Bar Drinking Voucher) is 14 days from the issued day
- The F&B Credits will be applied at selected/designated Casino F&B outlets in Hoiana Resort and Golf (The Garden, Obaltan, Mien, Lucky Court, excluded Drinking Voucher).
- Any unredeemed reward(s) after the reward(s) redemption deadline will be forfeited and the member shall have no further rights to claim it thereafter.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The promotion is open to all Hoiana Premier Rewards card members (excludes Essential members).
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-cashable. Hoiana reserves the right to substitute the rewards for other rewards of similar value.
- Members shall examine the rewards at the point of issuance. Thereafter, Hoiana Casino shall not be held liable for any subsequent claims of defective rewards and there will be no replacement for lost or stolen prizes.
- Hoiana Casino shall have the right to amend any of the terms and conditions, withdraw or discontinue the promotion and / or change the time of the promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this promotion will be subject to the final decision of Hoiana Casino and no correspondence will be entertained.
- By participating in the promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that Hoiana Casino may issue from time to time.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions with any other form of publicity collateral relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
