HOIANA ORGANIZED THE GOLF TOURNAMENT “GREENKEEPERS’ REVENGE” AND SUCCESSFULLY RAISED MORE THAN VND 130 MILLION TO SUPPORT LOCAL SCHOOLS AND UNPRIVILEDGED STUDENTS
[Quang Nam – 08, Sep 2023] – On 7th September, the charity golf tournament “Greenkeepers’ Revenge organized by Hoiana Resort & Golf successfully took place and raised more than VND 130 million to support Duy Hai Kindergarten, Duy Hai Primary School (Duy Hai Ward, Duy Xuyen District, Quang Nam Province) and unprivileged students in the new school year.
On 7th September, the charity golf tournament “Greenkeepers’ Revenge” organized by HoianaResort & Golf took place with the participation of golf-related professionals in Central Vietnam.The participants were divided into 6 groups based on a scramble format . After an entire day ofintense competition at Hoiana Shores Golf Club – one of the Top 100 Golf Courses, the Best Prizezwent to Evan Du Plessis, Ewan Hoggard, David Gilmore, and Paul Dugmore as the Lower grosswinner team.

Not only an event to connect golf-related professionals, “Greenkeepers’ Revenge” also has aspecial meaning since it achieved the fundraising goal of more than VND 130 million from golfersand sponsors. Through Quang Nam Charity Association, the donation would be handed over toDuy Hai Kindergarten and Duy Hai Primary School to purchase teaching equipment, schoolsupplies and support poor students in the local community.

At the handover ceremony, Mr. Tran Hong Phuc, Chairman of the Quang Nam Charity Association also recognized Hoiana’s significant contributions to enrich educational, social, health, and economic development of Quang Nam Province. Recently, Hoiana coordinated with the Quang Nam Charity Association to hand over VND 270 million to the Center for Supporting Victims of Agent Orange / Dioxin and Disabled Children on this 18th August.
