Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

• The provisions of the terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam. 
• All disputes arising in connection with the request and use of the Service by the Guests/ Partners in accordance with the Contract and the T&C shall be tried to resolve through negotiations. In case of unsuccessful negotiation within 30 days from the date of arising of the dispute, the Parties will have the right to bring the dispute to a competent court in Vietnam in accordance with the law.
