At Hoiana, your health and safety are at the heart of everything we do. Our beSafe program redefines safety standards, through which we have introduced comprehensive measures to ensure the health and safety of our guests, associates and team members.

BESAFE AT A GLANCE
and Cleaning
– Ventilation and air conditioning systems are deep-cleaned and air filters are also routinely cleaned and regularly replaced.
– Golf carts and other rental equipment are properly sanitised using approved antimicrobial products before and after issuance to customers.
– Limousine door handles interiors are thoroughly cleaned with antiseptic disinfectants before every trip.
– High touchpoint areas such as elevator buttons, ATM machines, service counters and restroom fixtures are disinfected regularly.
– All restaurants, retail shops, hotel accommodations and entertainment areas are deep-cleaned and thoroughly sanitised daily.
– Dining tables, counter tops, chairs, bill folders and other reusable guest contact items are cleaned and sanitised after each use.
Management
All guests and staff are requested to submit a valid online health declaration when entering the resort. The scanning and recording of health declarations will help trace the epidemiology when necessary, especially cases with risk factors (related to and in contact with Covid-19 cases), to prevent further spreading of the virus.
at Entrances
Thermal cameras will be placed at the entrances to allow security staff to conduct non-invasive temperature checks of all team members and guests.
Vaccination Certificate
– Frontline and direct-serving staff are requested to undergo/provide a valid negative Covid-19 PCR test or vaccinated certificate.
– Guests are requested to show a negative Covid-19 test within 72 hours or vaccination certificate.
& Social Distancing
– Guest numbers are limited inside all retail stores, restaurants or entertainment facilities at any one time.
– While standing in a queue, guests shall maintain a minimum distance of two meters apart.
– Every other seat in the restaurant is left vacant for physical distancing.
– Dining tables are set at least two meters apart.
– Limitations on the number of patrons in private salons and at each gaming table, while electronic gaming machines and slots will be placed at least one metre apart.
– Online health declarations, booking, check-in and payments are being put in practice.
– Digital menus and payment methods are being installed at all outlets.
– We offer contactless delivery of luggage and other hotel amenities to minimise physical interactions.
– All staff are required to wear protective gloves in the kitchen and at golf course.
– All direct-serving counters have a transparent shield to protect guests and staff.
& Staff Training
We continue to enhance our safety protocols and organise regular Staff training & PPE programs to ensure we always provide a safe journey for our valued guests and team members at Hoiana.
