This Privacy Policy is in accordance with Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP dated 17 April 2023 on Personal Data Protection and the relevant legal regulations from time to time.

Hoiana has a head office in Vietnam. Depending on the extent of your interactions with Our Products, your personal information may be stored in or accessed not only within Vietnam but also from many countries. When we transfer your personal information to other countries, we will ensure that it is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Policy and is permitted under applicable privacy laws. By accepting this Policy, you agree for us to transfer your information to other countries following the terms and conditions of this Policy.

At Hoiana, security is our highest priority. Our systems are designed with the safety and privacy of your information in mind.

- We do not store your payment card information (full name, card number, CVV number) issued by financial institutions. Your online payment transaction (if any) is made on the relevant bank’s system and is not stored by Hoiana.

However, we commit to, with all necessary and reasonable efforts, process your personal information safely, securely and ensure your rights in accordance with the law.
