COVID-19 UPDATE

Hoiana Hotel & Suites remains committed to the safety and well-being of our guests and associates as our utmost priority. In response to the evolving COVID-19 health situation, we have introduced our new health and safety program that offers heightened standards for hygiene and cleanliness. We would like to personally reassure you that our hotel is operating to the highest degree of health and safety vigilance, working in accordance with advisories and protocols issued by local and international authorities.
Hoiana Hotel & Suites has implemented intensified precautionary measures, following guidelines set by government and health authorities. These include the following:
- Hourly deep cleaning, disinfection of public areas and common touch points
- Provision of face masks and hand sanitiser to guests upon request
- Mandatory, frequent temperature checks for all guests and associates
- Health declaration for all contractors and other third parties who visit our property
- Regular cleaning of air filters and air conditioning systems
- Briefing all associates on enhanced personal hygiene
We will also be ensuring that the mandatory wearing of masks and social distancing of at least two meters is observed in public areas including our restaurants, as required by the Vietnamese government.
For travelers arriving from identified locations with active cases in Vietnam, please be advised that the following documents are required to be presented upon arrival at the hotel. Otherwise, in compliance with updated government guidelines, check-in will not be allowed.
- Recent negative Covid-19 test results
- Certification of having completed 14 days of quarantine
