[Quảng Nam, April 21, 2022] – Hoiana Open Cup 2022 – “Swing for Children”, the first tournament organized by Hoiana, was successfully held on Saturday, April 16, 2022, with the participation of 120 amateur golf athletes. The event successfully raised 230 million VND for children with disabilities.

On April 16, Hoiana Open Cup took place at Hoiana Shores Golf Club – the award-winning 18-hole championship golf course in Vietnam. This was the first tournament hosted by Hoi An South Development Limited (Hoiana), and it is expected to be held annually.

As CMO, Jit will lead the company’s growth in new and existing markets, broadening its awareness as well as driving preference in an extremely competitive market space. As a passionate and early adopter in Digital, he will continue to accelerate Hoiana’s growth using his arsenal of experiences in his past postings around Asia.

Jit will report to Steve Wolstenholme, President and CEO at Hoiana, and will be one of the key leaders for Hoiana’s continued growth and strategic directions. Along with it, Jit will be responsible for strategic planning, creative development, and execution for marketing across the entire development with the overarching objective to ensure Hoiana’s ability to drive strong preference, and create demand for the brand with existing and potential guests around the world.

Jit brings with him 25 years of experience in leading teams, developing data-driven insights to drive brand growth, digital business solutions and innovation across consumer, luxury, and automotive brands. He has led his previous teams to winning multiple creative and effectiveness awards, culminating them to win the coveted Digital Agency of the Year when he was at the helm driving it. Personally, he was also the recipient of A-List by Campaign Asia, and contributed his time to mentor MBA students in universities in China and Australia. Most recently, he’s also an angel investor to aspiring F&B entrepreneurs in Taiwan.

[Quang Nam Province, September 14, 2021] – Hoiana Integrated Resort, in collaboration with the program “Help Vietnam Breathe – Vì Nhịp thở Việt Nam” of VinaCapital Foundation (VCF), donated two ventilators and 750 sets of personal protective equipment (PPE) level 3 with a total value of nearly VND 575 million (USD 25,000) to Quang Nam provincial Department of Health, joining hands with the local authorities and people of Quang Nam to fight against the current large-scale outbreak.

In the afternoon of September 14, strictly complying with regulations on pandemic prevention, Hoiana Integrated Resort and VinaCapital Foundation donated two Bennett 560 ventilators and 750 sets of PPE level 3 to the Department of Health Quang Nam Province. This medical equipment donation will assist the provincial healthcare system in fighting against the pandemic, strengthen the infrastructure capacity for emergency work and Covid-19 patient treatment, as well as support the medical staff, especially frontline healthcare heroes. The Quang Nam Department of Health will allocate this medical equipment to the areas of most severe critical need.

[Quang Nam, May 14, 2021] – Hoiana Integrated Resort has donated 01 Covid_19 testing machine worth more than VND 1.4 billion to Quang Nam province, a timely contribution to aid Quang Nam’s efforts to fight the pandemic. Attending the handover ceremony were Mr. Tran Van Tan – Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Quang Nam Province, Mr. Steve Wolstenholme – President and Chief Executive Officer of Hoiana, and representatives of Quang Nam Department of Health, Quang Nam Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Quang Nam province has made significant efforts to prevent and control the pandemic, and we hope that our contribution will help accelerate the Covid-19 testing process and effectively assist with the pandemic control prevention in the province.” Mr. Wolstenholme shared during the handover ceremony.

Hoiana has carried out many CSR activities to support the local community, including furthering initiatives to enrich educational, social, health, and economic development programs. In March 2021, Hoiana handed over new teaching & learning equipment, renovate and build new facilities to three schools in Quang Nam Province including Duy Hai Kindergarten, Duy Hai Primary School and Ngo Quyen Secondary School with the total sponsorship value of 4 billion VND. Previously, in 2020, Hoiana has contributed to various causes with an estimated value of more than 8.5 billion VND.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Quang Nam Province Tran Van Tan expressed his thanks to Hoiana for always joining with hands with Quang Nam in many social activities. In the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, Hoiana’s support is very meaningful and practical in improving the local testing capacity, contributing to the process of tracing and preventing Covid-19.
